As a professional Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, who is also a Dartmoor Guide, I love to train outdoors, but if you prefer a gym environment, I am qualified to train in the Gym as well. I am a level 3 personal trainer with the specialised GP referral award. In addition, I am qualified in Exercise Prescription for various medical conditions including Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Arthritis and Angina.
