Love Dartmoor evolved from my career as a National Park Guide, Walking Leader, and Fitness Trainer, and my previous career in Education. Dartmoor, is a rugged wilderness, in the south west of England, abound with curiosities; ravines, rivers, peaty bogs, granite tors and it’s very own legends! The moor adds a unique dimension to the world of Fitness and Health, as it offers diverse challenge in an area of breathtaking beauty, and offers an amazing arena to explore, whatever your sport!
Under the guidance of Love Dartmoor, you can explore the moor and pursue the path to optimum health, thus combining a level of challenge and enjoyment that will push boundaries and uplift souls!
Elaine specializes in training women over 40 and will design a programme to build Strength, Stamina and Shape: key concepts for the process of keeping women staying, feeling and looking young!
